Question 1: What is your favorite fairy tale and why?
A: My favorite fairy tale would have to be Beauty and The Beast. There’s just something so charming about the story of a terrifying beast and a beautiful princess falling in love. With all of the hardships they went through throughout the whole story, it’s really refreshing to hear that it has a happy ending. I definitely consider it a classic.
Question 2: Why do you think fairy tales are still important in today's society?
A: I think fairy tales are important in society because they teach us lessons without us being aware, which is why they’re great for kids. Fairy tales teach us right from wrong, and can make a child think in a more creative way.
Question 3: If you could be any fairy tale character which one would you be and why?
A: Of course most people would choose a quirky protagonist as their character of choice, but no fairy tale is complete without a villain. If I were a character I would be Maleficent, she’s just so good at being bad. Plus, Angelina Jolie plays her in the live action version of Sleeping Beauty, and you can’t go wrong with that.
